New in 2021 cadets. Cadets are a vital part of the growth of AAMC. Ages ranging from 10 to 15 years old, cadets are a way for AAMC to receive new blood. These adolescents will be an important part of the future of AAMC and gaming. Helping them to grow and learn respect will help us as well. We will learn what the new generation is looking for while at the same time instilling our belief that respect is necessary for growth. Cadets will for the most part, be separated from the adults ages 16 and up. This is done for many reasons, one of which being, we want to encourage the cadets to be social with other adolescents their age. Even with the separation, we encourage the cadets to come to an adult at any time with any questions about gaming. Whether it be something as simple as how to get past a certain level in a game or more complex problems like how to deal with someone who is bullying or speaking inappropriately.
